AD-S 30135 CNC SYNCHRO type hydraulic edge bender


Hydraulic, four-axis CNC edge bending equipment with Modeva 10S control unit. The processing equipment is suitable for cold bending of sheet metal components. The Y1 and Y2 pressure cylinders, as well as the rear stop can be controlled in the X and R directions from the program. The material quality of the plate to be bent can also be controlled from the program, and depending on its thickness, the table pretension (bombing) can also be controlled. The rear bumper system of the machine has an increased travel length of 1000 mm and a large hopper depth of 410 mm for greater usability. Bending operations are performed with bending prisms and stamps.

In order to reduce downtime, bending stamps can be easily replaced using quick-release clamps. The maximum bending length is 3050 mm with a compressive force of 135 t. Machine programming can be done from the machine's control console or from an external computer with special software for this purpose. The program can be run by itself on the console, and the sequence of bends can be displayed graphically, the bending sequence can be optimized, in order to avoid possible collisions. During work, the individual bending phases can be continuously monitored on the graphic display, the bending programs can be stored in alpha-numerical order for reuse. In order to make the machine more and more universally usable, tooling is continuous, following possible customer needs as well.
