In the course of our activity, we partly produce our own developed products, and partly for our partners, e.g. street furniture-type automatic public toilets, we design and manufacture unique products in 3D, and at the same time, we also produce parts and equipment with sheet metal processing on a contract basis. Stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum sheets are used as the raw material for the products formed by bending, punching, cutting or finishing.

The machine is suitable for cutting metal sheets. Maximum cutting length 3100 mm. The maximum thickness of the plate that can be cut is 6 mm for normal carbon steel, and 4 mm for stainless steel. The maximum cutting capacity is 15 strokes/minute. The equipment is equipped with 90° and 45° side stops, as well as a motorized rear stop, with which the cutting distance can be adjusted with an accuracy of 0.1 mm using electric control or manual adjustment.

The welding equipment is suitable for welding direct and alternating current sources, all unalloyed and alloyed steel, precious steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum and its alloys. The adjustable welding current can be infinitely varied between 5 and 260 A. The arc is ignited with a high-voltage, high-frequency ignition device. The welding machine can also be operated in pulse welding mode. The machine is managed and adjusted via the Dialog system, using the Dialog screen. 12 preset welding programs can be stored in the memory. Applicable shielding gases: argon, helium, argon-helium mixture, argon-hydrogen mixture.

as the last phase of sheet metal processing, the surface design (finishing) is carried out. In the case of products and parts made of stainless steel, we can choose the appropriate process from pickling and passivation, polishing, grain spraying or brushing. Here we must mention the cleaning and maintenance of ready-made stainless steel products and equipment. The surfaces of products made of stainless steel must be cleaned of dirt accumulated during use, for this work process we recommend our "maintenance and cleaning of stainless steel surfaces" recommendation!
